Read Prior to Registration

  • Refrain from attending if you or a family member feels unwell.  

  • Practice physical distancing at all times min of 3 meters

  • Bring your own props and do not walk on other mats

  • If you have just returned from travel abroad stay home for your required quarantine

  • Complete a Covid Screening Assessment if you have been in contact with someone

  • Covid  online COVID-19 self-assessment tool.

  • Wear a mask into the studio. You may remove it during practice. Wear when you leave your mat.

  • You are responsible for seeking medical clearance prior to attending class and notifying your teacher if you have any injuries or illness. 

  • If at any time during the class you experience discomfort or strain, gently come out of the pose. 

  • You may rest at any time during the class. 

  • It is important that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

  • Sign Up and Attending class acknowledges that you have read the above and neither the facility nor instructor is liable for any injury, damages to person or property that could result from taking the class.
